Our story, a word from our founders
When we were students, we struggled to figure out where to start our careers. Online job platforms overwhelmed us with too many irrelevant listings, while recruitment agencies often seemed more interested in making a quick profit than in helping us find jobs that truly fit. We didn't always trust their advice, and their narrow focus on specific industries or geographies often left out key factors we cared about.
The entire orientation process consumed a lot of time and energy, leaving us frustrated. Then, the first time we got to vote, we used the StemWijzer, a tool that helps voters find their preferred political party, and we realized that job searching needed something similar. That's how GradGuide was born.
